Payment & Transaction Policy

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DAGNEXT INDUSTRY PTE. LTD. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the conditions outlined in this Policy.

2. Currency of Transactions & Exchange Rates

All product prices and final checkout transactions are strictly denominated, billed, and processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), and integrated local options like PayNow.

4. Card Data Security Standards

We protect customer privacy by ensuring all payments are processed through PCI DSS-certified partners using tokenization. We do not store sensitive bank details on our servers.

5. Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention

Transactions are monitored for security. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel suspicious orders, or report unauthorized credit card usage to relevant authorities.

6. Liability Under 3D Secure Authentication

Once a transaction completes via 3DS or OTP, the cardholder assumes full legal responsibility. We are not liable for compromised verification codes or negligent information sharing.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement, provided it has not been processed. Once the status changes to shipping, cancellations are not accepted.

8. Refund and Return Requests

All returns, refunds, and product eligibility criteria are subject to our standard 30-day window. In the event of receiving defective or damaged cargo, notifications must be submitted via email within a 48-hour delivery window to validate immediate credits or replacements.

9. Billing, Taxes, and Custom Duties

Prices exclude destination fees. International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, custom clearings, or additional local taxes levied by their respective countries.

10. Refusal of Delivery Policy

If a delivery is refused without prior written authorization, the order will be treated as an invalid cancellation. The package will be returned to our logistics center, and a refund will be issued after deducting the actual outbound shipping fee, return freight charges, and a 15% restocking and operational administrative fee.

11. Shipping Information Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information. We hold no liability for failed shipments due to incorrect data. Unclaimed packages at local transit stations will be held for 14 days, after which they will be returned to our central warehouse and a refund will be processed following the deduction of all outbound and return logistical expenditures.

12. Ownership and Purchase Limits

Legal title transfers only upon successful payment verification. We reserve the absolute right to refuse transactions, limit quantities, or ban accounts showing commercial resale or speculative dispute history.

13. Force Majeure Policy

DAGNEXT INDUSTRY PTE. LTD. shall not be held liable for any losses or delivery delays caused by Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war, strikes, telecommunications infrastructure failures, or third-party processor system errors. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders without providing financial compensation.

14. Limitation & Exclusion of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the maximum aggregate liability of DAGNEXT INDUSTRY PTE. LTD. exceed the total net amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order in question. We assume no responsibility for payment gateway system errors, indirect financial losses, or operational delays beyond our reasonable control.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All transactions, purchases, and this policy shall be exclusively governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any formal legal disputes or regulatory claims arising out of our services shall be directed solely to competent domestic judicial courts of Singapore. The official legal language of these terms is English.

16. Order Completion & Data Retention

Delivered orders are deemed completed after 24 hours. Transaction records are securely archived for at least one year as required under applicable regulatory frameworks.

17. Split Shipments & Communications

We reserve the right to split orders across multiple shipments from different warehouses. Official notifications sent to registered contact channels are considered mutually binding upon delivery.
